What Did He Say?

Go into all of the world and preach the good news to every creature! You tell me, is evangelism for you. I would say whether you consider yourself brand new or not. This is what it ultimately comes to, growing to the point of sharing the gospel, would you agree or disagree.

The real deal is how to approach the fear you have of it. What will you say to people and not look like some strange soap box extremist in the master plan for evangelism.

Well the answer is plain and simple, love people more. Just talk to them and don’t be afraid to bring up the subject of the gospel. First remember what Jesus said; come with me and I will make you fishers of men.

Jesus taught this and you can learn it very simply, first by loving people more than you do right now. When you love people more you will talk to them everywhere you go by just saying hello and when the Holy Spirit gives you the opportunity, there is more to build upon a friendly conversation.

This is the key factor, getting your instructions from the Holy Spirit and working closer with heaven. Part of your training will come from learning to hear His voice and the other will come from developing the attitude to make new friends, through small five minute conversations. There is more to it, but becoming wise as serpent and humble as a dove comes through very simple learned techniques.

Some people you say hello to will respond and some will not the way you expect. In any case this is where it all begins, loving people enough to care and know for yourself, if they know the Lord and has excepted Him as their person savior. We come in contact people every day and don’t realize that it may only be a word of faith from us, to increase someone faith in God through Jesus Christ.

Can you believe this simple method of sharing your faith can turn a person from despair, disbelief or confused person to a baptized believing brand new soul? The fact is we have no idea what a person may be going through. When we tap into the spiritual side of our being and because we have accepted Jesus Christ, (1 Corinthian 2:14) the Holy Spirit is always at our door sharing instructions of who we should talk to as well as a host of other answers we are looking for.

Let’s just stick to hearing His voice for evangelism sake for now. This is what is meant by working in conjunction with heaven. Imagine standing in the throne room of God Himself and being given a task to perform. You standing in all the slender of God’s presence, not to mention the magnificence of the angels round about His throne, with the floor like a glittering golden glass with every precious jewel and gem, just read Isaiah 6:1-8 for a better view.

Yes, loving people and hearing the Holy Spirit’s voice is a start. There is more knowledge of this master plan evangelism and approach to enjoy, just type in thefaithshield dot org for more info on this subject.

The question, is evangelism for me, sure it is, but the final decision rests with you and the Holy Spirit’s voice that stands at your door waiting for you to let Him in.

Thank you and God bless.
